摘要：

低碳经济是有效缓解能源短缺和环境保护压力的现实选择,而发展非粮燃料乙醇则是我国应对能源危机及节能减排的重要途径。通过访谈、问卷等方法,以农户、企业、木薯办、加油站和消费者作为研究对象,以全国木薯第一大县——武鸣作为调研地,以木薯燃料乙醇产业发展作为切入点,提出政府(木薯办)推动下的"公司+合作社+农户"的合作模式和发展战略。

Abstract: The law-carbon economy is the reality choice for effective allevation energy short and the enviromental pretection pressure,and develop the non-grain fuel ethyl alcohol is also our country important way to reduce a row of the energy crisis and the energy conservation.With data gathered from interviewing,questionnaire and visiting faming households,enterprise,the cassava administration offices,the gas stations and the consumers,the paper made a case study of Wu Ming,the biggest county of cassava production in the nation.It examined the development of the cassava fuel ethyl alcohol industry development and proposed "the company + cooperative society + peasant household" cooperation pattern and the developmental strategy.
