摘要：

作为完善基层治理和人才培养的重大举措,大学生村官工作已经取得了初步成效。但要实现该工作的可持续发展,必须进一步研究其发展环境和运行机制,厘清大学生村官工作发展的内在规律和要求。本文通过深入分析大学生村官工作的发展环境,认为该工作适应了适应当今的政治、经济和社会发展要求;根据大学生村官工作运行的五个主要环节,疏理了其运行内在机制;在此基础上,初步探讨大学生村官工作的发展趋势。

Abstract: The project of college-educated village officials,as a significant step to better talent cultivation and improve the administration of basic government units,has so far been fairly successful.However,sustainable development of the task demands further study of its development enviroment and working mechanism for a clear understanding of its inherent laws and requirements.After analyzing in depth the working environment of college-educated village officials,the paper holds that this project meets the need of current political,economic and social development.Then it discussed the inherent working mechanism based on the five major parts of work the project operates on.Finally,the paper explored the trend of the project.
