摘要：

以昆明市公益林为代表,采用条件价值评估法(CVM),对昆明市506户家庭公益林生态效益的支付意愿进行调查,并运用多元统计分析方法对公益林补偿支付意愿的影响因素进行分析。研究发现,收入、受教育程度、住房性质、户外锻炼时间、是否关注环境问题、每月获取森林信息次数以及是否了解公益林等是影响是否支付的最主要因素;在得出相关结论的基础上提出相应的政策建议。

Abstract: The paper,based on the study of the ecological forests of Kunming City,investigated 506 families to evaluate their willingness to compensate for the ecological forest through CVM and multivariate statistics method.The results showed that income,education,housing ownership,outdoor exercise time,degree of environmental concern,the frequency of obtaining forest information every month and understanding of ecological forests are key factors affecting urban residents' willingness to pay in Kunming City.
