摘要：

引入社会资本理论,分析社会网络在农业技术扩散中的具体作用,并以石门县"密改稀"技术为例,阐述其扩散的路径及方式,为提高我国农业科技成果转化,加快农业技术推广改革提供一些借鉴。通过分析农业技术扩散中各参与主体的分布规律以及社会资本对农业技术扩散路径的影响得出:农业技术扩散主体主要由农业科技研发者、农业科技传递者、农业科技接纳者、政策制定者、环境要素五部分组成;农业技术扩散中各主体在纵向上呈"金字塔"型分层,各层次之间的互动交流有利于新技术的传入;在横向上呈"同心圆"状分布,各区域之间的互动交流有利于新技术的传染。最后从社会资本的角度提出促进农业技术扩散的相应对策及建议。

Abstract: Through introducing the social capital theory,this paper analyzes the important role of social network in agricultural technology diffusion and,taking "close to dilute" technology of Shimen County for example,discusses the diffusion path and mode,in the hope of providing some reference to improve China's agricultural science and technology transformation and accelerate agricultural technology reform.Through examining the distribution of the participants and diffusion path of the agricultural technology,the study finds that agricultural technology diffusion body consists of five major parts: agricultural science and technology research and development,agricultural science and technology transfer,agricultural science and technology acceptance,policy makers,and environmental element.Vertically,the participants are stratified in the shape of "pyramid",and interaction between the various levels benefits the introduction of new technologies;Laterally,they are distributed like "concentric circles",and interaction between regions contributes to the spread of new technologies.In addition,some suggestions and countermeasures are proposed to enhance agricultural technology diffusion from the perspective of social capital.
