摘要：

在城镇购买住房是农民工融入城镇社会的最终目标。通过对广州市番禺区大岗镇居住在出租屋里362名外来农民工问卷调查和深入访谈,利用Eviews软件进行回归分析。研究发现,房租、生活成本(不含房租)、居住人数、住房满意度等4项指标是影响农民工在打工地城镇购房计划的显著因素。房租越高,越愿意买房;生活成本越高,越不愿意买房;出租屋内居住的人数越多,越愿意买房;对出租屋的满意度越高,越不愿意买房。

Abstract: Buying a house in cities and towns is the ultimate goal of many rural migrant workers in order to integrate themselves into the urban society.Questionnaire surveys and in-depth interviews were conducted of 362 rural migrant workers living in rental houses in Dagang Town,Panyu District of Guangzhou City.Then the data went through an regression analysis by Eviews.The study finds that rental cost,total cost of living(exclusive of rental cost),total population living in a house,and housing satisfaction are the significant factors affecting migrant workers' willingness to purchase a house in cities and towns.The higher the rental cost,the more willing migrant workers are to buy houses.The higher the total living cost,the more reluctant to buy houses.The more population living in the rental house,the more willing to buy houses.The higher the rental satisfaction,the more reluctant they are to buy houses.
