创建学习型企业,是现代企业参与知识经济时代竞争的必然选择,也是摆在每一个企业面前的重要课题。创建学习型企业是一项复杂的系统工程,有这么几个问题要引起高度重视:转变观念、建立共同愿景、以能力为中心、组建培训师队伍。
