组织学习能力及其评价研究综述On Defining and Evaluating the Organizational Learning Capability

摘要(Abstract):
对组织学习力研究进行了回顾及述评。论文着重回顾了组织学习力概念的三种界定视角、组织学习力直接和间接评价模型,以及组织学习力要素的分类方法,最后,提出了一些展望。
