企业和消费者互动视角下的CSR研究:文献综述A Study of CSR from the Interaction between Corporations and Consumers: Documentary summary

摘要(Abstract):
企业社会责任问题近几十年引起了广泛关注,众学者从经济学、社会学、管理学等不同角度进行了探讨。由于消费者购买能直接影响企业的财务绩效,因此越来越多的学者从消费者的视角研究企业社会责任问题。梳理并总结了消费者企业社会责任认知的影响因素、消费者对企业社会责任行为的归因、企业社会责任活动对消费者购买行为的影响、消费者行为对企业社会责任行为的影响、企业和消费者社会责任互动机制等方面的国内外文献。指出应该加强本土化研究,探讨消费者社会责任满意度的影响因素及消费者行为对企业社会责任行为的影响,强化两者的互动机制和作用机理研究。
