成员异质性对合作社绩效评估影响及比较分析Performance Assessment Comparison of Agricultural Cooperatives:A Perspective of Member Heterogeneity

摘要(Abstract)：
绩效问题是合作社持续发展的重要问题。以陕西省7个苹果重点生产县的131个苹果专业合作社成员的实地调研数据为基础,从社员异质性角度出发,对比社员合作社事务的参与程度及其对合作社运营情况的了解程度,构建有序Logit模型,分析社员对其所在合作社绩效评估的影响因素。结果表明,较弱的盈利能力是制约合作社发展的重要因素。建议合作社从均衡合作社利润分配方式、增大运营透明度、重视普通社员的需求等方面入手提高合作社运营绩效。
